Spring Creek Idaho Ranch is located in the Timmerman Hills southwest of the intersection of Hwy 75 and Hwy 20. The vision for the property is the development a new town with the protection of sensitive areas, viewsheds and open space as a fundamental principal. Approximately 2,000 acres of the 2,800-acre ranch envisioned as natural reserves or parkland, the new town at Spring Creek Idaho Ranch concept concentrates development in a relatively small area allowing preservation of open space and the protection of restoration of sensitive areas. The new town is intended to meet the needs of affordable housing for the valley residences and offer the opportunity to own their own home and remain in the Wood River Valley.
